Standard process:
1. Applied on Careers Page
2.Received invitation for phone screen from recruiter one week after applying
3.Met with hiring manager
4. Assigned take home assignment
5. Did not move forward
Because my take home project did not contain the creativity they were seeking for a Senior HR Leadership role, I was not moved forward in the process.

Question 1
I was asked questions about my experience in HR, my involvement in talent strategies, overseeing employee relations, as well as general questions about strategic partnerships with leaders.
Hiring manager showed up late (without an apology). This was very off putting and caused me to withdraw from consideration. It is surprising especially considering I was interviewing within HR.
