1.) Got an email from hiring manager to submit my record automated initial interview.
2.) Virtual Interview with the hiring manager.
3.) Take home test. Situational questions/scenario based related to customer service.
4.) “On-site” Interview. Met with total of 5 employees. 1 cross functional Interview, 3 peer interview and 1 mindsets and values interview.
It was a very thorough and long interview process. It took 7 weeks for the entire process. A recruiter called me to let me know they moved forward to someone with more experience for the role and I was told to look out for a junior level role in the future. It was very unfortunate, I really want the job so bad but I can’t do anything about it. Like what James Ingram said “I did my best, but i guess my best wasn’t good enough”.
