Firstly, I was shown around their warehouse and office. Seemed like a nice, friendly team to work for. Part one of the interview assessment (casual chat) went great. However, I then was called in to come the next day and do a few hours of work for them -more like to be shown what the day in the office would be like. I was given a few tasks later on (using systems I knew nothing about which I informed them of from the very start). They seemed fairly easy to the point where it would make one over think and over estimate the whole situation. This is where I went wrong. I then got told I will hear back from them whether or not I got the job....They never got back to me. Which was a shame because they seemed like such a promising company (with high integral values) to work for... With such little number of candidates as well, I would highly suggest to spare less than 5 mins of your time for feedback.
