The process began with an initial screening call with a recruiter, followed by a conversation with the Head of Product, who also serves as the hiring manager. The next round was with the Product Leader, where I was rejected, and there was one more round with the Tech Lead, based on what the recruiter had shared. Everyone I spoke with was approachable and professional, which made for a comfortable experience overall. The recruiter was also very responsive and transparent, overall a pretty smooth process.
