It was very disappointing I had the first interview with the recruiter which went great. I had a second interview with the manager I am assuming they thought I was not a good fit which is fine the only problem was the recruiter ghosted me. I never received any feedback from the interview or was never told I did not get the job. Which I find to be extremely unprofessional of the recruiter. Such a waste of my time.

At first, it's a phone screening, which then leads to a video interview with the hiring manager. Overall, the phone screening wasn't too hard. Haven't gotten to the hiring manager part yet.

Interview
Had an excellent interview with recruiter, she told me all about the company, the culture and answered my questions. She seemed a little bit worried because she was having Internet issues and running behind her schedule for the day. In the end, she told me that it was a great position and fit for me based on my experience and I would hear from her soon for the next interview…. possibly even the next day. Unfortunately, I never heard anything whatsoever ever again, kind of a weird process now that I think back on it. It was a little misleading because she said I was a great fit based on my previous experience and knowledge but yet I never heard anything back not even an email to say sorry we chose a different candidate ?
