Initial phone call with HR in which I learned the job posting was a bit of a bait and switch. They were sharing candidate pools for a Director of Strategy and Analytics and Manager of Marketing Analytics roles - so 2 totally different career levels - and the job was posted as remote but was actually hybrid. Despite this, I decided to move forward to a 2nd round with the hiring manager for the Manager of Marketing Analytics role. During that interview, the hiring manager was judging and chuckling at things on my resume. This job (or a variation of it with a slightly different title) is still posted 6 months later.
