Was contacted by a recruiter--did a phone screening and then was asked to come into the office for an onsite interview a few days later. It seemed like the interview went well and I was told the internal recruiter would reach out with next steps soon. I never heard back from them. Not even a simple email saying I would not be continuing in the recruitment process. Not getting back to a candidate who took the time to come in for an interview is just about the most unprofessional thing a company can do in my book.

I believe I applied at the beginning of December online and heard back around the 21st of that month. The recruiter called me and he invited me to the office in New York. After following up, a date had been confirmed to visit the office about 2 weeks after the initial phone screen. I then did a 1:1 with User Experience Director, and he was super nice and it felt more conversational than anything else. After that, I was invited again to meet more members of the team. Everyone was super welcoming, I was offered water or a soft drink about a dozen times; they made me feel at home. I mainly went over my resume and past/current projects.
