The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Beyond (New Delhi)
Interview
1) Interview process was very lengthy and took close to two months
2) They conducted 7 rounds of interview with one round each week including an assignment presentation
3) Throughout the process the HR gave positive feedback making sure I am available for all the rounds
4) At the end the HR said they are not hiring candidates outside of their new headquarter location
5) Reason might be genuine but wasted my 2 months' time preparing for 7 rounds of interview
One quirky thing I've noticed is their LinkedIn job post location has changed after the 1st week of my interview. This means they already knew what they were doing and still continued to conduct my interview for next 4 weeks. I have no problem in attending the interview but I wonder did the leaders have enough time to waste in an interview where they actually knew the outcome?
