It was through an agency. I got asked some questions. Then I had an induction theorical and practical with 10 people. I was just learning about safety policy. During the process, we got asked questions and at the end we passed some tests. Finally we had the practical induction. We went on the site in order to apply what we have learned during the induction. We had the induction from 8am to 3pm.
