Tremendous waste of time - I spent two hours talking to the hiring manager and was ultimately told that I "didn't have enough energy" after getting nothing but stellar feedback from everyone. The one exception was some Martian named "Tray" whose interview technique was just awkward silence and no real conversation or questions. Yet his opinion was so important I was rejected after that. Don't bother with these people.
