Interview process with the company looked promising, rate offered was ok, had two interview: screening and Code challenge. After that usual HR stuff: no feedback, ghosting. Don't recommend to anybody.

Discussed with HR about my experience, tech interview even not scheduled, did not provide detailed feedback, from questions I observed that they have trust issues toward employees. Company is outstaff actually where they call themselves as outsource
