What an amazing interview process. Very laid back but was to the point. Explained the company and benefits. The process and the training sounds super fun. I will be invited to a second interview.

Question 1
Asked about background with construction and basic knowledge with construction.
Initial interview was very short with an outside recruiter. Going over general responsibilities, compensation, etc. And answering very generic questions about the company. Interview lasted for about twenty minutes. Also discussed benefits and qualifications.
