The recruitment process was run and managed by Sarah, who was extremely patient and understanding. She took time to understand my motivations and to learn more about what I was looking for in my career. This was one of the best recruitment processes that I've experienced and a lot of it can be attributed to her. The interview process was equally enjoyable. There were three stages to the interview with mid to senior personnel. The process was rigorous and the questions posed were difficult and technical. But the interviewers were all very pleasant to speak with and I left with very good impressions of the team. I ultimately decided not to pursue this opportunity because of personal reasons, but I was glad to have had the chance to speak with various people from the company.
