Training is super long with one 30 minute break and one 15 minute the first week you're reading nothing but sitting at a computer reading for a whole shift, physically and mentally no one retains that much info. The following week they put you alone in a room and have you practice hooking up donor process machine for an entire 8 hour shift. I was fired a week into training because it was so drawn out and boring I couldn't engage and would doze off . I was wrote up my 5th day of training for falling asleep. I never worked anywhere where training was so unrealistic ,nobody attention span is that long. My trainor sent me on break because I learned information so fast that she had nothing for me to do and I got fired for going on break when it wasn't scheduled. ( I'm in training ,how should I know?) Said they were waiting for paperwork to return so I can go into production. I left my other job of 3years for this and it was super unorganized. Better luck to the next person.
