2 round process. 1st round with CMO, 2nd with Founder and CMO with a set of questions to respond to live in session. Fast turnaround as this was a maternity role.

3 stages. Stage 1. Intro meeting to share career highlights and history and ask questions about the role. Stage 2. Following a presentation briefing - presentation followed questions and expansions. Final stage meeting with senior/board member.
