Question 1
If I am familiar with functioning across multiple organizations, and how I overcame any issues.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BioFire Diagnostics (Salt Lake City, UT) in Dec 2016
Interview
The interview started late with one interviewer about 10 minutes late and a second about 15 minutes. Second interviewer (department director) didn't seem interested at all, didn't bring anything into interview expect a meal to eat. The only interest the director had was with their attempt to try to get free consulting on a program they want to implement - which was not part of the job I was interviewing for. They asked basic questions about my management, never asking to hear any examples from previous experience pertinent to the job, and although they placed emphasis on finding the right person, they had a difficult time explaining the program they were hiring for. Either this interview was part of their due diligence or they hold unethical interviews to gather intel rather than hire consultants or additional team members.

Question 1
What are the two most important things managers do?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BioFire Diagnostics (Salt Lake City, UT) in Feb 2016
Interview
The whole interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty flat, it felt like the interviewer had other things to do, and did not have any interest in getting to know me, although claiming to try to determine fit. The recruiter called to setup the interview, but left a garbled message. After calling back 3 times, leaving messages twice, I got her on the phone. All in all, not really aligned to the image and culture the portray on their YouTube videos about the team. Sad really, I really liked what they are doing as a company, but, I never heard back, and it's been several weeks.

Question 1
I was asked about influencing resources outside of my management, which is very common in Project/Program Mgmt.
