Strange experience as the interviewer did not review the role up front or discuss or bring up the potential pay range etc. The first question was tell me about something you've created and how you made it successful or something along those lines. Also asked how CS is structured at current company. Just Felt a bit interrogating during the conversation. Gave an unfavorable vibe overall.
It was a phone call done by the interviewer. They asked behavioural questions mostly and an example of a time where I've handled a difficult customer. The call was about 30 minutes.
Very long and a verybig lift. There are a lot of steps in the process that extend the timeline. They dig into small details and it isn't clear exactly what they're looking for. I found it very diffficult to know if I was doing well or not.

Interview
First interview was over the phone with HR. They were able to accommodate lack of access to a phone due to travel and host the meeting on Zoom with camera off. HR was friendly and pleasant.
