On top of that, you'll need to invest several days preparing a 60 minute presentation that feels like free labor, covering the company's history and proposing ideas. Additionally, there's a 90-minute interview where you're expected to detail your entire work history from the past 10 years. The entire process takes 6-8 weeks, with a minimum of one full week dedicated to preparation and interviews. Before committing to this exhausting process, carefully consider if it's worth your time and effort. BioRender's interview demands are beyond what most candidates are accustomed to, and it's crucial to understand the extent of the commitment required.
