Bionova Life Sciences interview questions

I had applied online and received a call from a senior person, enquiring about my interest in the role and company. I was first called for an informal discussion with the MD which went for around 2 hours, discussing my goals and analysing the same with that of company's. I was told about all the pros and cons of the company then at that time itself. Many situational questions were asked and scenarios were put across to gauge the capabilty. I was again called after a day's time for formal discussion, this is when the salary details were discussed in detail. I was offered on the spot and had joined within 15 days of time.
