The interview process was a waste of my time. I had a phone screen and an interview. At this interview, Birchbox said that they would also like me to interview for another role as well. After the initial interview, I waited for a week, and reached out to HR. The HR associate was at a retreat and failed to follow up. Then they asked me to complete a test for another role. Then the HR associate missed my phone call at our scheduled time. I went in for an interview for the other role and then had no follow up whatsoever.
