Interview
They tried to see my prior knowledge and experience as a system engineer. They went over my previous working experience, and tried to understand if it can assist in the proposed job. It took about an hour, where a major part was not technical at all, but rather "get the idea" of who I am.
I had a short written test (which I was asked to write down a couple of things).

Question 1
Select a certain electronic equipment (i.e. washing machine) and write down in English 5 requirements as can appear in the customer's specification.

Interview
An initial phone call with HR, and the another phone call with the hiring team leader. After that there were in person interviews- first with the hiring team leader, then the hiring manager, and then a final in person interview with HR
