Interview
The interview process timeline was somewhat reasonable. You go through the typical process (recruiter, hiring manager, panel). They asked me to complete a market analysis within 48 hours and to present it to a panel as part of the final process. Overall I received good feedback and kudos from the team. I didn't hear from them for over 2 weeks so I sent a follow up email and nothing, just crickets. However, after a month of not hearing from anyone, I received the rejection email. But hey, at least I gave them new ideas that they can implement. Talk about being used.

Interview
3 Hour working interview and their manager never called with their hiring decision. Interviewed with an international student who failed to follow every instruction, yet was hired in my place. Bizare place.

Question 1
Asked zero questions about my repair experience, trainer was on his phone looking at memes and joking with international student about "profs". Maybe don't apply here if you don't touch yourself about your economics degree.
