Birmingham City Football Club interview questions

Ghosted after the 2nd interview. Have not heard back after being interviewed twice via MS Teams. Doesn’t correlate with their community values by not getting back to people who have taken a lot of time in preparing, researching, practicing, taking time off and participating in 2 stage interviews.
