Interview process was quick, I had prior experience working for a crypto native asset manager and was already working in biz dev as a wholesaler in finance. Met with the recruiter, then hiring manager, then the rest of the team. Followed up with another casual conversation with someone in leadership, who convinced me bitgo was the right choice over a competitor. Overall the process was extremely exciting and everyone I spoke with genuinely was trying to make the right hire to help the business.
