I had a phone screening with the director of visual design then we schedule for an onsite interview. The onsite interview is very long, about 6hrs. First group portfolio interview, then 1:1 for 30min with designers, PM, Creative Director, VP of product, and engineers. Also had a brief design challenge discussion.
