I applied through a recruiter. I had an onsite interview for Bitglass in San Jose. The interviewer was 30 minutes late. The interview was about 3 hours long, I met with 3 different senior engineers.
It wasn't very great at all. I think that the company is a great company, but they need better recruiters to be honest. I didn't really get a chance to interview, which sucked.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bitglass (Campbell, CA) in May 2016
Interview
First had two phone interviews then was invited onsite. Had 4 hour-long onsite interviews. First was resume review. Others were combination of resume and whiteboarding. I was a little surprised by the amount of time spent on the resume over actual coding questions.
