Interview consists of mostly background questions in regards to experience and knowledge of the task to be completed in your position. Interview questions have to do with handling equipment failure, product knowledge, and customer service. It's almost less like a traditional interview and more of an opportunity for both sides to see if it the right working relationship for you and the company.
