Bizcap interview questions

Bizcap use Ploomo to help recruit so after the initial application you’ll be taken to 3 questions where you need to answer giving detailed scenarios and outcomes within a minimum word count. You will then be asked to complete a psychometric test (30mins). If you’re fortunate enough to get through, Ploomo will arrange a call with the company.. a confirmation will come through via email and your time will be set. In my case they didn’t call me.. I emailed both contact email addresses I had and didn’t even receive a response.. that was 3 weeks ago.

Mostly online, The in person part felt like they had already made their mind up before they even started asking me questions. It went for 10 mins max and felt extremely rushed.
