I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bizmates (Manila, Manila) in Jun 2018
Interview
Easy, similar process with other companies. Introduction, basic test will be given, feddback was quick. Trainer level is average. Applied and moved on the the next 3 steps on the same day.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Is there any particular situation you had to deal with during your years of teaching as an esl teacher?
I interviewed at Bizmates more than once in 2023 (I had to withdraw twice because of emergencies). The interviewers were pleasant and professional, not stiff at all. After they ask you questions, you do a mini-demo class that allows them to see how you teach. They pretend to be a student whom you greet and conduct the class with. Those went well, too. If you pass the interview, you go through training and a last demo class with an admin.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bizmates (Makati, Mindoro Occidental) in Sept 2016
Interview
The whole recruitment process was good. Their website works flawlessly, you're provided everything you need. The whole process took less than a week, I was interviewed this past Monday, 26th September,2016. The interviewer was nice and friendly. She called me on time, asked common interview questions, we did the Yes-No-Key logic questions and then we proceeded to the demo lesson in which I didn't fare well enough, I came this close. I was given feedback and it was all nice and I was encouraged to reapply after three months, and I will. Thank you for this nice experience, Bizmates. :)

Question 1
They ask common interview questions. Be prepared for the Yes-No-Key logic questions, you can take help of the orientation video that you're provided. Watch that video and listen to the sample audio lesson that you're provided as well, as many times as possible for preparation. Learn the flow of their lessons. That's all.
