The interview process took around 45 mins and was very enjoyable. It started off with a few questions like “why would you be good for this role”. And then moved onto the personality questions with a few fun activities such as selling different objects to the interviewer.

A completely fresh spin on a traditional interview. Finding out as much about you as a person as they are as a professional - your personality will be a driving force to success. Definitely some unexpected, really fun tests of improvisation and sales skills. 100% an interview I won’t forget!
