I went through two stages of interviews, but due to timing and being offered another role, I did not follow through with the third stage. I wanted to leave a review because my experience in the first two stages was great. I had a welcoming, warm and informative call with their Talent Acquisition team. They were easy to talk to and gave me all the answers I needed to ensure I wanted to move forward and hear more about the role. My second stage was with the hiring manager who was knowledgeable and really open about what they were expecting from the role, while also engaging in my past experience and accessing why I might fit the role. The manager explained what the company does, the direction the company is moving and the future of the industry. I was offered a third-stage interview but turned it down due to another offer. Still, my experience with the people at the company was great considering how other talent teams and recruiters are treating candidates at the moment.

The interview and onboarding process for my role at Black Sun couldn't have been smoother. Everyone I spoke to was lovely and communicated effectively and consistently throughout. This showed me how efficient and professional the agency was, and that the culture was one I'd feel comfortable being a part of.
