After seeing the job posted on LinkedIn and through friends in the industry I applied online and had a series of online and in person interviews. The first interview was with HR and this was really relaxed but very informative for me to find out more about the role and working at Black Tomato in general. After this I had a virtual interview with my manager where we got to know each other and I was asked questions about my experience to date and how I would fit into the team. Following this I had was given a short task to complete and finally had an in-person interview with my manager and 2 other senior members of the company. The whole process lasted about 5 weeks and I was kept well informed and updated on the progress of my application at all times and felt like the process was balanced and relaxed and everyone I met with was warm, friendly and open and I felt like this was a great insight into the company.
