First stage was 4 algo questions in 1.5 hours. Second round was asked to implement sudoku solver app on paper, for junior position. It was little strange that such dificulty question was asked for low level position.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at BlackRock (New York, NY) in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview initially started with a thirthy minute online call with the HR department. After this a second interview took place at the headquarters and some weeks later there was a last interview with some managers inside the firm.

CV screening, then i was called for interview where i was doing two algorithms tasks, that were not that hard, i wasnt invited in next round because i didnt solve the second one since i was working on first one. too little time, 30mins for two tasks
