Applied in early Sept. Received a request for me to submit a virtual cover letter on HireVue a few days later. Received a request for a 1st round interview at the SG office in late October. Met with 3 different groups of interviewers which consisted of mid level management/associates. Questions were mainly about fit, with a few technical questions towards the end. Received an offer to proceed to the next round a day after this first interview. The next round was schedule 2 weeks after the first. The 2nd round was also with 3 different groups of interviewers, but all of which were directors. Questions were all about fit, and getting to know more about the role.
