Interviewed for the internship - first round was a virtual cover letter, then second round was a video call and superday was in the SF office. Recruiters are EXTREMELY slow at response time and do not value candidates deadlines whatsoever.
Initial call from the recruiter with general discussion about CV and eplanation regarding the nest steps, then interview with 2 managers including motivation and case study, and supposed to have a in-person interview as final stage.
To complete your application for Internal Audit, please submit a virtual cover letter(VCL) through the link in your candidate portal. The VCL consists of two short pre-recorded video questions and replaces your written cover letter. This is a chance for you to showcase why your talent and skillset are right for BlackRock.
