I was contacted by a recruiter from the organisation for a quick screening, his colleague arranged an interview with the manager and a person reporting into him. The first interview they didn't show up, I waited 20 minutes! The interview got rescheduled and second time they joined Webex but completely unprepared - similar impression you get when you call someone who just woke up ;) After the call no feedback, no nothing Terrible experience for a serious organisation that is BlackRock!
