A rather long drawn interview process, with almost 7 interviews. Mostly fit questions and the interviewers genuinely want to know what kind of person you are. Very in depth questioning of CV contents and they are looking to understand the applicant's personal values and drives.
Mostly enjoyable to speak to the management and HR, and the process really helps one to understand the sort of people BlackRock is looking for. A two-way road for both parties to be sure of the decisions they make.
