I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BlackRock
Interview
It was ridicolous. A recruiter offered me a position as director in operations. I accepted to have interviews for that position, so I had one with some head of something. At the end, I was offered a position two levels below the initially offered level with a far lower salary, so I declined and I was fine with that. After less than one week, I was contacted again by the recruiter on behalf of the company, asking me if I was interested in a position higher than the one offered but lower than the one originally proposed. So I went for this (unsolicited by myself) interviews. The result was that I was offered the same level offered (despite I have got something like 10 years in the field, slightly more than a junior level) and a lower salary compared to the one which was originally offered for the same associate position.
Scheduled via recruiting coordinator then web meetings conducted by hiring manager. Questions were behavioral and technical. Discussions on general business themes influencing the industry. There was back and forth discussion.

Question 1
Describe your back ground and what you are interested in
Great and quick interview process. They ensured that interview is well timed and also the questions asked were very accurate and made sense for the role I was interviewing. Thanks
Passed HR interview, then they said they'd set something up with my team and manager - they never did and got ghosted. The job application remains stuck in the platform.
