Interview
Hirevue and then superday. Super day was from 8-11 eastern and I was on the west coast so it was super miserable. However the questions weren’t that bad one person asked the most baby technical questions like if I knew the difference between debt and equity and then the other ones were more just for chatting and behavioral questions.
HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Interview
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
