Very easy and laid back for an analyst program role. I had 3 interviews with lower level then 2 interviews with more senior leadership. Very easy process that didn’t take much time. They were very easy going however 1 day of interviews no one showed up. They rescheduled it though.

Very friendly and open. Relaxed atmosphere. Was interviewed by two people who asked multiple questions which were fairly broad and interesting. Standard stuff i.e. how would you cope with? how have you handled in the past? etc
