Did the pre-recorded interview in January, and got scheduled for a phone interview with a trader. Trader was interested in my knowledge of why trading and the market. Nothing too hard honestly. I was nervous and could've answered the questions a lot more intelligently. They make sure you're actually interested in the field and want to be there.
