First round "informal" interview they say is just a 'chat to get to know you', but is in fact a formal competency based interview disguised as something else to justify an arduous 3 round process. I was told by the interviewer that they would 'take ages' to get back to me because they seemingly always take a long time to hire a role. More or less admitted that they do not value peoples time or need to be employed. Completely avoid.
