The conversations themselves were professional, respectful, and engaging. The team created a comfortable environment to discuss my experience, design thinking, and strategic approach.
However, the overall process required a significant time investment — three hours of interviews plus extensive preparation for the case study. After the final round, the rejection feedback was quite general, mentioning a “seniority alignment” mismatch without providing specific or actionable insights.
Given the depth of the process and the preparation involved, more concrete feedback would have been appreciated. Clearer communication at the final stage would significantly improve the candidate experience.
