Interview process was very long, about 4 weeks. First interview they try to explain about the position and hear about your background. Second interview was about my skills and approach to solving problems, the 4th interview was a challenge were they asked ne to perform an Audit on the entire website (which they were currently working on it). I wrote to the hr clarifying if would be possible to choose 3 main points for the audit but they said I would have to audit the entire website (which was very complex and huge). I did an amazing professional complete work and presentation. Had received the feedback that I did impressed with my work and skills and would proceed with a final interview with the president. The final interview was a weird, the president asked me questions that I have had already answered in the previous interviews and apparently passed, also asked me questions about process and skills that weren't related to the job position (where they were a bit confused on explaining the position they wanted). My overall impression was they weren't actually hiring but getting a professional work done by highly skilled specialists for free.
