The process from initial phone interview to scheduling the in-person interview was haphazard and almost unprofessional. The cancellation of the in-person interview, after I had rearranged my schedule, was inconsiderate and distasteful. If a company is this disorganized and unprofessional in their hiring process, then imagine how awful the work climate and culture must be. The whole experience reflects poorly on Blanchard Machinery.
