Group interview, had a presentation, then did a role play activity and then they asked us two questions and our availability. It was casual but not very personal. Unfortunately didn’t get the job despite having full flexibility, years of hospitality experience.. not sure what they were looking for then!
It was a group interview in a meeting room with one associate manager and a more senior manager as interviewers.
Introduction, including company value and behavior questions, followed by roleplay. More questions, then the info check.

task 2. group questions, questions able to be answered by whole table, average around 5-6 people
