There was no interview process. Blast Fitness purchased Bally Total Fitness and the Bally employees were grandfathered in. They required a drug test and a basic skills test and an employment application to have on file. I did not have to actually interview to get the position. Current employees did however, have a one on one meeting with some of the present managers from another market and the area manager that was being brought in. That is the closest we had to a formal interview.
