very unformal interview conducted at a small office in mumbai. just 2 chairs pulled together and interview conducted. very casual interview. i was interviewing more than he was interviewing me. they were just looking to get smart talking smart looking freshers to join the start up. they had a lot of centres to work at near my home. the only reason i rejected it was the long working hours. they said working hours would be 11hours aprox but it would surely go upto 12hrs on regular basis which wasnt acceptable for me. overall the job had a lot of potential but long working hours was the deal breaker.

Interview
I interviewed for Grofers through the campus placement team. After a resume shortlist, there was a GD round and the personal interviews. The recruiters were pretty informal and casual about the whole thing and were more busy with their phones. Even being from a reputed college, all they cared was for that its not an IIT and hence the candidates are not worthy enough.
