Rigorous. Extreme mixed signals. Soft offer from HR ended in no offer. Very limited comms, opaque process, generally horrible experience. First three rounds were very clear, fourth round was opaque, interviewers swapped out last-minute. I respect the company's vision and goals, but I cannot recommend them based on the candidate experience which was "we want to move forward and hire you, we'll make it work!" and then days later, it was silence. HR takes a while to resolve contracts, so some delay is acceptable, but there were inappropriate expectations set by the recruiter(s) and then zero follow-through after they added a fourth round with limited information, limited prep, and etc.
