It did seem a bit long and they asked fairly standard questions. The biggest curveball was the presentation. You typically have a phone interview with the most senior person in the campaign, the director, and they determine if they would like you to move forward or not. Then 1-2 in person interviews (the first with one person, who you had the phone interview with) and then the other with one or two other staff members (hiring manager or manager, and coordinator). From there there's a presentation that you have 20-30 mins to prepare after being given the topic. That was the most difficult part to me.youre presenting to a group of about 5 and then they ask you questions after based on your presentation.
